We are in the process of adding new tenant amenities and refreshing the public areas in this iconic structure located across the street from the State of Illinois building.
Investment in one-of-a-kind spaces and enhanced amenities can attract new clients and improve tenant experience. For 161 N Clark Street, our visioning process includes the conversion of an unused roof space into a new exterior tenant amenity space and the conversion of two mechanical floors into a new fitness and wellness concept. It also includes a refresh of the ground floor lobby. These improvements will be designed as coordinated enhancements of the Above and Beyond™ tenant experience.
Our work is focused on transforming the existing tenant environment in one of the most revered high-rise buildings in downtown Chicago into a unique experience that will help maintain 353’s top-tier status.
Dirk Lohan's vision for 353 North Clark Street was a showcase of modern design. Our challenge is to keep his original intent intact, while modernizing and improving tenant experiences. Our plan includes wellness and fitness space, new food offerings, a conference facility, lounge, casual meeting spaces and a new exterior gathering space.
We’re charged with bringing new life and relevance to a dated building at the edge of downtown Austin – one of the country’s fastest growing tech hubs.
Our vision for 811 Barton Springs includes the complete renovation of the main building lobby as well as the upper floor common areas. The large exterior canopy will be removed to increase building visibility and daylight in the lobby – and reveal a refreshed interior environment.
We have been hired to reposition 816 Congress Avenue. Our goal is to reimagine the interior and exterior public spaces and common areas to add vitality, relevance, visibility, purpose, and beauty, improving the tenant experience and acting as a catalyst to the north end of Congress Avenue.
We’re currently exploring a refresh of the main lobby, including new furniture, lighting and artwork.
We’re creating a kinetic work of art to draw people to a new district within the Reston Town Center development. Through color and movement, the wind-driven sculpture will animate and anchor a new outdoor public space.
Dan's work created a lot of tour velocity and buzz in the market.
Dan is not only an amazing artist, but also understands the needs of property owners with budget constraints. Our previously empty lobby now feels full of life, color, and style that really differentiates us from our competitors.
Dan has a unique way of exceeding expectations within financial objectives of ownership.
Collaborating with Fyoog was both fun and confidence-inspiring. It’s rare to find an architect that brings together both genuine creativity and technical expertise in equal measure, but Fyoog did just that. Dan and his team delivered innovative, yet practical solutions without an ounce of ego. I look forward to working with them again.
Working with Dan is truly a pleasure - his creativity comes to life through his design and architectural vision. He cares deeply about his clients and always provides a thoughtful set of options that turn a challenge into a tasteful and delightful solution.
Over the last ten years, Dan’s design ability and project leadership have helped transform many of our client’s buildings in downtown Chicago. He has a unique ability to reposition spaces through a process that incorporates budget, functional requirements and great aesthetics. The end results are buildings that look beautiful and increase the long-term value for business owners. We love working with Dan and his team.
