Dirk Lohan's vision for 353 North Clark Street was a showcase of modern design. Our challenge is to keep his original intent intact, while modernizing and improving tenant experiences. Our plan includes wellness and fitness space, new food offerings, a conference facility, lounge, casual meeting spaces and a new exterior gathering space.
We are in the process of adding new tenant amenities and refreshing the public areas in this iconic structure located across the street from the State of Illinois building.
Investment in one-of-a-kind spaces and enhanced amenities can attract new clients and improve tenant experience. For 161 N Clark Street, our visioning process includes the conversion of an unused roof space into a new exterior tenant amenity space and the conversion of two mechanical floors into a new fitness and wellness concept. It also includes a refresh of the ground floor lobby. These improvements will be designed as coordinated enhancements of the Above and Beyond™ tenant experience.
